Thank You, Danish Youth!

SOS Børnebyerne wanted to connect with young Danes and showcase the impact of their development cooperation efforts. As a Danish citizen, your taxes contribute to this vital national initiative that supports countries facing poverty, inequality, and conflict.

To inspire the younger generation, we launched an engaging online campaign that spreads positivity and empowerment. We partnered with popular Danish YouTuber Judex (David Jæger), whose channel reaches over 100,000 subscribers. Judex's diverse content, ranging from vlogs to pranks, perfectly resonates with our target audience.

Beyond traditional, easy-to-ignore informational content

We introduced the 'SOS Børnebyerne Challenge,' a creative, 24-hour challenge to thank as many Danes as possible, integrating the important work of SOS. The challenge was captured in a video, showcasing David’s journey and various thanking methods, crafted to engage and inform his audience.

Online Focus

Strategically planned piece of content designed to maximize online visibility. Any offline impact was a bonus to our digital-first approach. Post-release, we amplified the video through targeted digital marketing, enhancing its reach and impact.

My Role

Concept Development

Together with the creative team, we shaped the initial concept, focusing on crafting an idea that not only meet SOS's expectations but also aligned with our vision and effectively communicated the message to the Danish youth.

The Pitch

I refined the concept into a pitch that sold the idea to SOS Børnebyerne. Additionally I made a creative brief to engage David Jæger and setting the tone for our project.

Graphic Design

Working closely with our project manager, we focused on aligning our creative vision with practical needs, especially in incorporating the right style and tone of voice for the various ads and banners featured in the video.
